The ideal candidate is expected to:
– Have at least 5 years of experience working in visual or interactive design, with a strong understanding of fundamental skills like color theory and typography.
– Collaborate and make it safe for others to provide you with feedback and different perspectives.
– Learn new skills and apply thorough research when faced with a challenge.
– Assess how different audiences would perceive your designs to find the perfect style for the task at hand.
– Produce tight work on tighter deadlines in a variety of current web and mobile design approaches.
– Demonstrate your mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Sketch to create attractive artwork.
– Communicate fluently in English.
The job requires you to:
– Create, develop, and detail brand standards and visual design systems on multiple projects.
– Design engaging, usable, and effective user interfaces to achieve user-focused goals and business objectives.
– Create wireframes, web pages, application interfaces, advertising campaigns, web and video content, e-mail campaigns, mobile, and corporate branding materials.
– Advocate an open environment where team members collaborate and help each other create better work.
– Have a basic understanding of HTML/CSS and communicate with developers on a structural level.
