@Stratejist is currently seeking a Jr. Art Director to create and execute concepts in a variety of digital mediums.
The Art Director will:
• Demonstrate creative thinking and execution of creative assets that will be deployed across various channels (social media, email, web and video)
• Create vision and content strategy for the brand; develop concepts to continually reinforce and evolve the story in a compelling way
• Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, easy to understand and contribute to the evolution of the brand image
• Create, design and manage a range of 360° digital campaigns with both still and video images
• Maintain and store all brand style guidelines and visual identity
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
Position Qualifications:
• Proven working experience
• Good understanding of marketing and social media strategy
• Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design tools. Familiarity with Premiere and After Effects is a plus
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
• Manage many projects at various stages simultaneously and flexibly as new information arises and priorities change
• A knack for strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution
Education:
• Associate’s degree required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
