Job Description
Member of the art team; reporting to the Art Director.
Responsibilities
– Layouts for TBY publications
– Design artworks and check advertisement specifications
– Look for effective design solutions for better storytelling (illustrations, maps, infographics,etc.)
– Create and develop design and other visual elements using TBY’s style
– Work with the editorial team to establish appropriate creative directions
– Work with the design team to establish new skills, processes, and insights
– Prepare and update necessary Marketing, HR, and PR materials
Ideal Candidate
– has 1-3 year(s) of work experience in a publishing company or an advertising agency
– is fluent in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
– is detail-oriented
– is able to collaborate with the team but can also work independently when needed
– is confident with working on tight deadlines without compromising work quality
