Acting as the link between the client and the entire agency team, the account manager is expected to lead the ideas presentation, ensuring the ideas remain faithful to the brief and that it is kept within the time frame and budget.
Besides designing a well targeted brief which will lead to great work, the account manager is also responsible for client budgets, for managing the work of account executives and performing a range of related administrative functions.
Requirements:
– Fluent English (both spoken and written).
– Good leadership qualities along with a very positive attitude.
– Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
– Strong deal closing and negotiation skills.
– High level of analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
– Real understanding of traditional and digital advertising and the related functions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness.
– A minimum of 3 years of advertising agency experience.
