Key responsibilities include;
- Define the identity of brands (positioning, brand territory, tone of voice)
- Define product content and branding optimization priorities
- Analyse market trends and customer needs, and help define product evolution
- Brief and project manage brand activities online and offline through internal creative teams to deadline and within budget
- Assist in new product launches and execution of marketing materials
- Report on the development of the brand through regular monitoring of results across research, competitor and performance metrics (including brand surveys, social media monitoring, web trends, marketing KPIs)
Requirements:
- 1 + years experience in Brand management
- Coordinating high reach brand and marketing campaigns end to end across online and offline channels, specifically managing the creative production process and budget
- Demonstration of structured thought process, strong project planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with creative and media partners
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent written communication skills, specific experience writing briefs, reviewing creatives and providing constructive feedback
- Ability to prioritise accordingly, set expectations and meet deadlines
- Performance-oriented mindset with a keen understanding of business KPIs and success measurement of digital / brand campaigns
- Experience working across multiple communications channels – especially digital channels
