Key responsibilities include:
- Define the identity of brands (positioning, brand territory, tone of voice)
- Define product content and branding optimization priorities and help build/hire our future Creative & Design teams
- Analyse market trends and customer needs, and define product evolution and range extension priorities
- Manage new product development and launches with our creative and marketing teams
- Develop data-driven methodologies to identify opportunities and optimize activities across our brand management
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in Brand management, Product marketing
- Solid understanding of how to develop, launch and grow consumer products/services successfully
- Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment / highly ambitious environment
- High level of organization, impeccable attention to detail, capacity to proactively solve complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content, come up with creative ideas, and think outside the box
- Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working in an international environment
