We are looking for an Illustrator to help us develop cutting-edge visual elements for our games. You will act as the driving creative force for our games, participating in the design execution from concept to completion. Peak Games is a highly collaborative environment, and we need someone who is excited to work as part of a team to create beautiful work. We are seeking illustrators who are passionate about quality, craftsmanship, and have a thirst for innovation.
You will be responsible for:
– Concepting and implementing creative art solutions for our games
– Collaborating with other illustrators and developers to envision and iterate concepts
– Adjusting art works by incorporating input from data and test
– Growing and fostering a user-oriented design culture
Requirements:
– Strong 2D art production skills
– Degree in graphic design, fine art, illustration or visual arts
– Good knowledge of digital visualization tools (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw)
– Knowledge of processes, pipelines and best practices of game art production
– Capable of concepting ideas and polishing them into final assets
– Flexible with diverse subject matters and art styles
– Keen eye for color harmonies, lighting, perspective and materials
– Comfortable with creating artwork that works well in icons and symbols
– Experience of processes and methods to optimise space usage of mobile game art assets
– Unity 3D experience is a plus
